Provide the name of the law school where you received your J.D.
You must provide a copy of the Certificate of Law School Graduation form to your law school Dean or Registrar for completion, and ensure that the Bar receives the completed Certificate of Law School Graduation by close of business on the filing deadline. The Certificate may be mailed by the school directly to the Bar or it may be mailed to you so you can forward it to the Bar.
