Please be sure that you have submitted a complete application including uploading all requested and relevant documentation. This includes documents relating to Driving Histories, FBI Background or Proof of Request, tax liens, bankruptcies, civil matters including child support, debt collections, all civil actions including small claims and UVU course completion certificates.
Please consider using the "Application Steps" and the "Application Checklist" forms found under "Application Instructions" link. These will answer most application questions.
